Air Quality and Environmental Action

At "The Air We Breathe: A Multidisciplinary Perspective on Air Quality” Symposium held on campus last month, our own Research Assistant Professor Logan Mitchell was a member of the discussion panel. Mitchell emphasized the impacts that individuals can have on the air quality issues present in Utah. He said, "The most important thing as a citizen is to let your legislators know you care & you’d like to see urgent action that will engender systemic change.”

The article highlights this and other motives that move people to take action on environmental issues before they becomes crises. Read the full article from @theU for more information: https://attheu.utah.edu/facultystaff/what-inspires-environmental-action/.
