ATMOS 3000 Students Tour DEQ

The Professional Development course for Atmospheric Sciences Majors and Minors (ATMOS 3000) toured the Utah Department of Environmental Quality’s new building devoted to Air Quality monitoring on Monday, September 30th.  The tour exposed the students to the skills needed to work in air quality fields, and the regulatory process required to ensure air quality compliance.

This is just one example of the various fields students in the Professional Development class are exposed to, in hopes that it aid in their future career decisions.
