Trey Alvey Wins Poster Award at AMS Conference

Trey Alvey, one of the Department's Ph.D students, won an award this past week at the 33rd Conference on Hurricanes and Tropical Meteorology in Ponte Vedra, Florida. He was awarded an Outstanding Poster Presentation Award for his poster "Edouard's (2014) Intensification: The Relationship between Precipitation Symmetry, Quadrant-Based Thermodynamics, and Vortex Tilt using a Cloud-Resolving Ensemble." Congrats Trey!
