Our newest faculty member, Dr. Gannet Hallar, is gaining noteriety for her research on drought & its impacts on air quality in the western U.S. Due to lessened precipitation and increases in wildfires, haze is becoming more prevalent in the western U.S. The video below is a short abstract of the study's findings.
